Power Struggle
In today's world, we observe a new stage of evolution in the capitalist system, which seeks to harness and harmonize the world through media influence, the collapse and displacement of economic and political boundaries, as well as the takeover and imposition of production. With the dominance of supercompanies in the world, changes occur throughout societies, which have a huge impact on culture, private and social structures, including the family, the younger generation, relations between women and men, and so on. It also creates patterns that define and harmonize our relationships. In this system, through the engineering of human and cultural relations, the technical necessities and the 'reform' of native traditions and structures, different procedures of deprivation, regulation, and discipline are used to facilitate the 'governance' of individuals and groups. Finally, it leads to the formation of new powers that are distinct from traditional methods of governance. In this way, we encounter different forms of social inhibition as well as the exercise of power and internal suppression by the people.
On the other hand, our today's world, regardless of this influence, has found new frameworks and definitions of social structure. These new movements, which have arisen from human rights and women's rights, besides social and environmental responsibilities, have played a major role even in contemporary art. Thus, scenes of power struggle between the volition and the role of the people of society, against propaganda and the mechanisms of power and domination, have emerged. Comprehension of the cultural currents that guide society requires knowledge about the new behaviors of people in modern and postmodern societies. Therefore, knowledge about the various aspects of the human spirit is a major step for understanding cultures and intercultural relationships. This spirit may appear in the gender field; it may also be used as a tool or medium, and on the other hand, it can become an arena of politics around the world.
This exhibition, titled Power Struggle, with the subject of 'Self, Power, Politics,' is an attempt to demonstrate the viewpoints of contemporary artists about the necessity of changes in society, as well as their interpretation with the aim of clarifying and creating a better world. The Power Struggle exhibition is an international event, bringing together artists from Iran, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Morocco, and Egypt, to explore their points of view on this issue. This exhibition is in line with the activities of 'Factory TT' and the 'Katharina Maria Raab' gallery in Berlin. 'Factory TT' aims to provide a context of historical needs and the development of art based on communication and conversation with society for the independent community of artists. 'Factory TT' intends to raise and review issues such as critique, inquiry, and analysis of the social, economic, and political topics of today's Iran. 'Factory TT' is a platform for thoughtful artists and audiences.
The 'Katharina Maria Raab' gallery also tries, in the same way, to give a wider look to Europe's neighbors, outside of the defined economic frameworks in Europe, in cooperation with artists, especially from the Middle East and North Africa.

در جهان امروز مرحله‌ی جدیدی از تحولات نظام سرمایه‌داری را شاهدیم که با نفوذ رسانه‌ای، فروپاشی و جابجایی مرزهای اقتصادی و سیاسی، و همین‌طور با در دست گرفتن تولید و تحمیل آن، به دنبال مهار و یکدست‌سازی جهان است. با تسلط ابرکمپانی‌ها بر جهان تغییراتی در سراسر جوامع رخ می‌دهد که در فرهنگ، ساختارهای خصوصی و اجتماعی از جمله خانواده، نسل جوان، روابط زن و مرد و غیره، تأثیر بسیاری می‌گذارد. همچنین الگوهایی می‌سازد که روابط ما را تعریف و یکسان‌سازی می‌کند. در این نظام با مهندسیِ روابط انسانی و فرهنگی و ضرورت‌های تکنیکی و «اصلاح» سنت‌ها و ساختارهای بومی، انواع رویه‌های محروم‌سازی، بهنجارسازی و نظم‌بخشی به کار گرفته می‌شود که «حکمرانی» بر افراد و گروه‌ها را تسهیل می‌کند. و در نهایت، به شکل‌گیری قدرت‌های نوینی می‌انجامد که از روش‌های سنتی حکومت‌داری متمایز است. در این روش، با اشکال متفاوتی از مهار اجتماعی و همین‌طور اِعمال قدرت و سرکوبگری درونی توسط خود افراد روبرویم.
از سوی دیگر، دنیای امروز ما خارج از این نفوذ، چارچوب‌ها و تعاریف جدیدی از ساختار اجتماعی را یافته است. این جنبش‌های جدید که از حقوق بشر، حقوق زنان و مسئولیت‌های اجتماعی و محیط‌زیستی به وجود آمده، حتی در هنر معاصر هم نقش بزرگی داشته است. بدین‌سان، صحنه‌هایی از زورآزمایی میان اراده و نقش افراد جامعه و هجمه‌های تبلیغاتی و سازوکار قدرت و سلطه پدیدار شده است. شناخت جریان‌های فرهنگی‌ای که جامعه را هدایت می‌کند، نیازمند آگاهی از رفتارهای جدید مردم در جوامع مدرن و پسامدرن است؛ بنابراین، آگاهی از وجوه مختلف کالبد انسانی گامی بزرگ در درک فرهنگ‌ها و روابط میان‌فرهنگی است. این کالبد هم می‌تواند در حیطه‌ی جنسیتی ظاهر شود، هم ممکن است مورد استفاده‌ی ابزاری یا رسانه‌ای واقع شود، و هم از سوی دیگر می‌تواند به عرصه‌ی سیاست‌ورزی در سراسر جهان بدل شود
این نمایشگاه با موضوع خویش تن، قدرت، سیاست و با عنوان هماوردی، تلاشی است برای نشان دادن دیدگاه هنرمندان معاصر نسبت به لزوم تغییرات در جامعه و همچنین تفسیر آن‌ها با هدف شفاف‌سازی و ساختن جهانی بهتر. نمایشگاه هماوردی رویدادی بین‌المللی است که هنرمندان ایرانی، آلمانی، ایتالیایی، سوئیسی، مراکشی و مصری را گرد هم آورده تا دیدگاه آن‌ها را نسبت به این موضوع بررسی کند. این نمایشگاه در راستای فعالیت‌های «فاکتوری تی تی» و گالری کاتارینا ماریا رابِ برلین است. «فاکتوری تی تی» می‌کوشد زمینه‌هایی را برای نیازهای تاریخی و توسعه‌ی هنر بر اساس ارتباط و گفتگو با جامعه برای جامعه‌ی مستقل هنرمندان فراهم کند فاکتوری تی تی .قصد دارد مسائلی چون انتقاد، پرسش و تجزیه و تحلیل موضوعات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی امروز ایران را مطرح و بررسی کند گالری کاتارینا ماریا راب نیز به همین منوال می‌کوشد خارج از چارچوب‌های تعریف‌شده‌ی اقتصادی در اروپا، با همکاری هنرمندانی به خصوص از کشورهای خاورمیانه و شمال آفریقا، نگاه گسترده‌تری به همسایگان اروپا بیندازد.
